Canvas for these Commission types varies between 4k-7k resolution 300-450dpi, to ensure high quality.
Client can request a scheduled livestream of their commission progress , or speedpaint viewing.

“where do I keep track of my commissions?”

- If you are waiting on a commission, all progression updates and tracking for orders is noted and updated in realtime on my queue tab.
Updates are timely and transparent.
I do my best to send frequent updates and photos without being asked so that the entire process is stress free for my clients.<3- commissions are completed in the order they are recieved.

“How do updates work?”

-Typical direct updates to expect:
I will send photos as soon as I start the project, & I will ask for intermediate approvals and changes , for each stage of the art piece(s).
-I sometimes also stream progress for direct feedback.

“What is ETA & T.A.T?”

-Estimated time of arrival “ETA” is listed under each comm in the queue, it is not a strict deadline but it is a goal-completion-timeframe for each comm, based on how my schedule is layed out.-Turn around time “T.A.T” is listed under each commission type prior to orders, it is a deadline / due date term.

“Refunds?”

- Funds from orders are held until completion of work to ensure seamless refunds.-If for any reason completion is not met by your ‘T.A.T’ , immediate refund may be requested if desired.- Refunds May Be Full , OR Partial. deductions are made based on hours of labor put forward already, or products already delivered, prior to requested refund.-Refunds cannot be issued for finished projects, or projects pending completion stages.-Refunds may not be requested earlier than (T.a.T)

“How do you price your art?”

-Pricing is determined and adjusted by specific set factors: Averaged Hours of labor put foward to complete per type of project, quality and size , professional experience, Complexity level, expedition/pace, resolution , demand , nsfw if applicable, & special requests.

All commissions and bookings are recorded in the #queue tab , accessible from the menu.Client may request to be anonymous for privacy if desired.All funds received from commissions remain untouched until completion and delivery of the product, to ensure fully seamless refund process in the event of it being necessary.

I retain the right to decline or cancel a service (with immediate refund if applicable) if I’m uncomfortable or no longer comfortable going through with the service.

I reserve and retain the rights to keep & repurpose my refunded or declined samples , and rejected art from my accepted service(s).

Holds
are only available for premade character sale of 100$+, and are not always guaranteed.
Upfront payments will take priority over holds and payment plans when it comes to auctions.If you need a hold, or would like to make arrangements, privately contact me. I’d be happy to make arrangements for you.Typical length for payment plans is around 1-2 weeks, determined based on the situation and my discretion.Non refundable downpayment, of 50% , is required same day of inquiring, in order to secure a hold.
You are responsible for paying your balance on held artwork / auctions..
Regardless of sale, I reserve and retain the creatorship of, all rights to, copyright of, & ownership of original prints /all of my creations and the full resolution files, and distribution + commercial rights to all of my illustrations.

Sale of design + art provides recipient(s) with rights to have personal use to the art/design or to store/ repost imagery, with allowed potential to give the design away for trade or one time sale. Commercial use sold separately.Commercial /merch/businesses /Multi Redistribution/promotional use is sold separately (ask).

You may resell your product (design/art) , for the value you purchased it for, plus the value of any art you’ve added to it. Same with trades (initial purchase + added art, no extra.)
You must add a visible $ value tracker if you intend to resell for cash.
If you don’t remember the value or need help you may reach out for appraisal.
If you falsify receipts to price gouge, you’ll be blacklisted.

Gifted designs default at 0$, you may add value by adding purchased art.

If commercial use terms are voided and were not given my express consent it will entail a ban/blacklist with further potential for ramifications.

Nfts/ai use is never allowed for any of my work(s).

Backouts in auctions / faliure to complete a payment held for you, with no upfront communication as to why, will result in a permanent ban/blacklist.

You may NOT draw over or alter my original work(s). If you need a change, contact me directly please.My art may NOT be sold to, given to, gifted to, or bought for, any blacklisted users.All of my artworks are copyright protected, any form of THEFT will land you on my blacklist without warning + I will persue copyright striking to the fullest extent, including legally. I have a zero tolerance policy toward theft of my hard work.I retain the right of revocation, in regards to individuals blacklisted from my shop.Blacklisted / banned users are:
banned for breaking TOS or behaving inappropriately or discriminatory, or threatening me while trying to conduct business.
It is a list of people who I will refuse to conduct sales with / interact with, and they may NOT recieve my artwork in anyway, including secondhand, period, after being added to the blacklist.
If I find that after a blacklist, that the banned user still tries to continue to obtain my art, it will be revoked without refund or compensation.Blacklisted users may NOT be commissioned to draw my designs, ect. Please do not send them my art for any purposes, theyre blacklisted often because I do not wish for them to have any access to viewing my artwork.

these individuals may NOT possess, receive ownership, or co ownership of my designs + art under any means with NO EXCEPTIONS: including trade, gifts, 2nd hand purchases, ect. They also do NOT have permission to, and may NOT redesign my works for any reason..*
These individuals should remain zero contact / zero interaction with me or my art.
I retain rights to revoke any of my artwork from any blacklisted users, and have it returned to me without refund.Blacklisted users may NOT be commissioned to draw my designs, may NOT draw my designs, ect. Please do not send them my art for any purposes, theyre blacklisted often because I do not wish for then to have any access to viewing my artwork.
If I find this rule being crossed, I’ll ban all involved users aswell.

Attempts to scam and sell artworks that they do not own.-6vilish : hostile inappropriate behavior.-MyOmni / Moniskullz: art theft
